eLearning: Nutrition and Healthy Eating

By teaching children healthy eating habits, and modelling these behaviours, you can help children maintain a healthy weight and normal growth. Also, the eating habits your children pick up when they are young will help them maintain a healthy lifestyle when they are adults.

Supporting Resilience in Practitioners (Windsor and Maidenhead)

When referring to resilience we often consider the definition to mean an individual’s ability to recover quickly from setbacks. We make reference to how they can cope with high pressure demands and how they adapt to stress and adversity.
