Some organisations struggle to explain why cyber security is something that all staff should care about. Even larger organisations (with dedicated training resources) find it difficult to explain the technical aspects of cyber security in ways that are relevant to their staff, so that they can help keep their organisations (and themselves) safe from cyber attack.

Restorative Practice Facilitator Training Course (Windsor and Maidenhead)

Restorative Practice is a highly effective,approach used to address situations of conflict, build relationships and repair harm by enabling people to communicate effectively and positively. It can be used across a variety of settings, from working with families, in criminal justice, in schools, the workplace and care homes.

Therapeutic Life Story Work (Foster Carers)

‘In July 2019, Adoption UK’s adoption barometer found that 27% of new adopters felt that they had not been given all the information they needed about their child or children. Nearly half of new adopters (46%) did not receive their child’s life story book (or equivalent) within statutory timescales and 34% described their child’s life story materials as somewhat or very inadequate.
