Who’s in Charge? (WIC?) is an organisation addressing child to parent violence and abuse (CPVA) nationally. We have been working in the field for 11 years. The WIC? 9- session WIC? programme works specifically with parents of children aged 8-18 who are being violent or abusive or who appear out of parental control. It is part therapeutic and part knowledge based. It is estimated nationally by those in the field that CPVA affects around 1 in 10 parents.
