Designated Teacher Forum for Looked After Children Network Meeting – Richmond

Nationally, looked after children continue to have poorer educational outcomes than non-looked after children. All maintained schools have a statutory responsibility to appoint a Designated Teacher (DT) for looked after children to promote the educational achievement for this vulnerable group of learners.
