|Event Introduction||The Resilience Network meetings offer support and guidance to partner agencies in the provision of Early Help to Children and Families. The resilience networks will begin in January 2021 and the desired outcome is to deliver early help, by the best person at the earliest possible opportunity.
The aim of this network is for your organisation to be able to share and reflect on a case to a panel of professionals and develop a plan for the family in line with the Signs of Safety model. If you are not familiar with Signs of Safety the eLearning: Signs of Safety Briefing is available and can be booked on CPD Online. Practitioners can also book on to future sessions if at any time they would like to revisit a case they have already shared.
The Resilience Networks will take place in Kingston and Richmond and be arranged into age groups. Please ensure that you book on to the correct session for the age range of the children that you are working with.
Networks will take place monthly and will be facilitated via google meets. A joining link will be emailed 24 hours prior to the start date.
|Event Content||Please note this is an opportunity for your organisation to share and gain advice and guidance in relation to a specific case. Practitioners who book to attend this network will be allocated a 20 minute time slot to be able to:
• Share information about your organisation.
• Find out about Early Help Resources available in the community
• Provide an opportunity to reflect on a case
• Review a case that you have previously shared
Once your place has been confirmed your confirmation email will have an attachment containing a link to a google form. Please complete this google form to identify which of the above aims you would like to focus on. Once the google form has been completed you will be contacted by the networks facilitator who will confirm the time slot that you have been allocated
All cases will be discussed anonymously. If you have not sought permission from the family, no identifiable details are required to discuss a case at the meeting. All discussions within the meetings will be recorded by Otter.
These sessions will be facilitated by Achieving for Children’s Early Help Services.
|Event Learning Outcomes||These sessions will offer practitioners the opportunity to:
