Paediatric First Aid 2-day

The Paediatric First Aid training course is designed for people caring for children in any organisation setting. The latest Statistics released by the Health and Safety Executive for 2017/18 show:

• 144 workers were killed at work (2017/18)
• 609,000 of workers suffered injuries
• 31.2 million days were lost due to work related illness and workplace injury

Safeguarding Children: A Shared Responsibility Level 2

The safeguarding of children is the responsibility of everyone who works with children and young people. This safeguarding session is a single agency session and is only available to those working in schools. Bookings received from organisations that are not a school will be cancelled. Fire Safety – Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans

Under current fire safety legislation it is the obligation of the person(s) having responsibility for the building to provide a fire safety risk assessment that includes an emergency evacuation plan for all people likely to be in the premises, including disabled people, and how that plan will be implemented (HM Government, 2007).

Emergency First Aid at Work 1-day - Inset (Orleans Primary School)

The 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course meets the requirements set by the Health & Safety Executive and the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. This course is designed to give delegate the confidence and competence to act in the event of an emergency, whilst waiting for further medical help to arrive.
The course is recommended by the Health and Safety Executive for low hazard environments where you are required to have a first aider on site. It follows the HSE guidelines for 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work courses.
